Looking for a therapist? We can help.

Demand for outpatient mental health care is at an all-time high, and finding an available provider who accepts your insurance and works with your schedule can be stressful and time-consuming. That's why we're offering a free new service for members of our Greater Boston Jewish community.

The William James College INTERFACE Referral Service can match you with outpatient mental health providers who serve all age ranges, including children and teens, and offer a variety of mental healthcare services.

How it works:

Call 888-637-3033, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or fill out this online intake form to access the William James College INTERFACE Referral Service for members of our Greater Boston Jewish community.

Your referral counselor asks questions to understand your needs, preferences, availability, and insurance type. This conversation usually takes about 15-20 minutes.

Using a database of more than 9,000 outpatient mental health service providers, your referral counselor searches for a match based on your information.
Once an outpatient provider match is identified, your referral counselor contacts you with the provider’s name, credential, location, and phone number so you are able to schedule an appointment directly with the provider.
Your resource and referral counselor will follow up with you to ensure the match meets your needs. If you need additional support in the future for other referrals or if the match does not work out for some reason, please know that you can always call the Helpline again.
