Our model is for organizations looking to strengthen boards, committees, and advisory groups with experienced volunteer leaders.
Hineni focuses on governance and leadership opportunities, including board positions, advisory boards, and committees such as development, finance, strategy, and event planning.
Hineni staff will meet with you on Zoom to review your opportunity and present a curated list of volunteers whose interest and experience alignns with your needs.
Yes. Organizations continue using their normal interview and vetting process before inviting a volunteer to join a committee.
Organizations join the Hineni Volunteer Network and complete a short intake form outlining the role, responsibilities, and noting the skills, skills, experience, or networks needed to support the work.
After reviewing potential candidates, your organization selects who you’d like to meet. Hineni then reaches out to see if the volunteer is interested. If so, CJP facilitates introductions and you take it from there.
