Leading Edge Survey Tool for partner organizations
Interested in improving your workplace culture?
This spring, Tuesday, May 6–Friday, May 23, Leading Edge will be administering their flagship resource, the Employee Experience Survey, to help organizations understand and improve their employee’s experiences at work. This tool comes at no cost to your organization and includes resources, workshops, and a pro bono consultation to help organizational leaders take action around their results.
If your organization is interested in participating, you must have at least six employees (any combination of full-time or part-time), be a Jewish nonprofit organization based in North America, and have been in existence for at least three years.
To register, review the Memorandum of Understanding, which outlines the timeline, survey requirements, expectations, and confidentiality measures, and submit the requested information between Tuesday, February 25–Friday, April 4.
If you’re unsure if your organization should participate, this webpage provides helpful information on what to consider before you register.
