Conversations about identity, Israel, and community are evolving, and Jewish community professionals are expected to lead it all without all the tools they need. Join us for an immersive and cumulative experience built around our original For the Sake of Argument method, which treats argument not as something to avoid, but as one of our most powerful tools for learning. With a mix of practical tools, live practice, and story-based methods, this series helps Jewish community professionals shift from feeling unsure to feeling equipped.
Learn about easy steps any organization can take to better protect people and critical information. This webinar will feature expert presentations on cyber education, assessments, and remediation. We will provide an overview of our cybersecurity supports and services — including online training for staff and volunteers. Offered in partnership with CJP’s Communal Security Initiative.
Spread the word: annual gathering of Jewish Employee Resource Group (J-ERG) Leaders
Thursday, February 26
CJP’s Center for Combating Antisemitism (CCA) is dedicated to ensuring Jewish employees feel safe, seen, and supported at work. Jewish Employee Resource Groups (J-ERGs) are a key part of this effort, helping build connection, foster inclusion, and respond to antisemitism in the workplace.
We invite leaders of J-ERGs and affinity groups to join us on Thursday, February 26 for CCA’s annual gathering of J-ERG leaders. This event is an opportunity to exchange best practices, discuss challenges, and develop practical skills to sustain and grow this vital work.
Each workshop offers differentiated content, expert guidance, and actionable insights to improve Board service and expand impact. Board members can register for all of the workshops or target the session most relevant to their board work.
Aleh is a three-day summit, offered by M2: The Institute for Experiential Jewish Education, equipping early-career professionals with the skills, insights, and networks to thrive in Jewish communal work.
Please consider sharing this information with your community so we are able to have Greater Boston represented in this research effort being conducted by our partners at BeWell at Jewish Federations of North America.
If you're a parent of a 12–19-year-old, we invite you to participate in BeWell's latest research project. Add your voice and help build a better understanding of the role of the Jewish community in supporting parents as they navigate personal well-being, support, and connection in Jewish life today.
Maximizing the Board–Staff Partnership: Join CJP staff and synagogue professionals to explore how to build productive board/staff relationships and make the most of board members’ time, expertise, and contributions.
