We are sharing two personal notes below. Please reach out to Sarah with any questions.

Dear Leaders,

It is with mixed emotions that I share the news that I will be leaving CJP at the end of next month. It has been a privilege to work alongside you in my role as Vice President of Partnerships and Services for the past four years. I’ve known many of you since 2007 when I first came to work at CJP as a strategic planning consultant (which was actually intended as a six-month assignment!). Your leadership, vision, compassion, and dedication to lead and inspire those around you is extraordinary. This role has been a dream opportunity to lift up the good work you do and provide insights and expertise, services, and support to you and your organizations. I am so grateful for you — my partners, and for my incredibly talented colleagues at CJP.

With gratitude,

Kimberlee

Dear Colleagues,

I wanted to personally share my gratitude to Kimberlee with all of you. As many of you know, Kimberlee has been a leader at CJP for over 18 years in different capacities, interspersed with other important leadership opportunities. Kimberlee is admired by her colleagues at CJP and across the community. In the past five years, Kimberlee has led a team focused on strengthening CJP’s relationships with you and your organizations. Under her leadership, CJP co-designed our first community organizational health assessment tool, designed and rolled out six essential services for partners, expanded our successful LEAP programming, arranged a cohort of organization CEOs to travel to Israel on Spark, improved our satisfaction score with our leaders — based on your responses on our annual NPS surveys — by 50%, and so much more.  I know you’ll join me in wishing Kimberlee all the best in her future endeavors and thanking her for helping CJP to become a better partner to you all.

The work Kimberlee has done remains critical to CJP as we continue striving to be thoughtful, transparent, and communicative partners to and with all of you. Please feel free to reach out to Dara Freedman-Weiss, Senior Director of Partnerships and Services, with any needs you might have.

Best,

Sarah
