Help shape antisemitism policy

Sign up by: Wednesday, April 2
Public hearing: Monday, April 7 | Newton City Hall, War Memorial Auditorium

On Monday, April 7, the Massachusetts Special Commission on Combatting Antisemitism will hold a public hearing to gather input from the community. This is a chance for Jewish leaders and community members to help shape the Commission’s policy recommendations by sharing real-life experiences. This is an important opportunity for public comment. CJP and our partners at Jewish Community Relations Council strongly encourage community members to sign up to testify. Testimony will help inform the work and enable stakeholder engagement.

Leading Edge Survey Tool for partner organizations

Interested in improving your workplace culture? This spring, Tuesday, May 6–Friday, May 23, Leading Edge will be administering their flagship resource, the Employee Experience Survey, to help organizations understand and improve their employee’s experiences at work. This tool comes at no cost to your organization and includes resources, workshops, and a pro bono consultation to help organizational leaders take action around their results.

If your organization is interested in participating, you must have at least six employees (any combination of full-time or part-time), be a Jewish nonprofit organization based in North America, and have been in existence for at least three years. To register, review the Memorandum of Understanding, which outlines the timeline, survey requirements, expectations, and confidentiality measures, and submit the requested information between Tuesday, February 25–Friday, April 4. If you’re unsure if your organization should participate, this webpage provides helpful information on what to consider before you register.

2025 Greater Boston Jewish Community Study update

CJP has commissioned a study of the Jewish population of Greater Boston to learn not only about the size and characteristics of the Jewish community, but also about the issues they care for the most. With this information, we can work with you to build a stronger, more vibrant Jewish community.

In the coming weeks, some of your constituents or members will receive a letter or postcard from our research partner, SSRS, inviting them to complete the survey — online, on paper, or by phone — if they are one of the 170,000 households randomly selected. If you or your constituents need more information, please direct them to the 2025 Greater Boston Jewish Community Study webpage.
